Delivery & Returns

Please note, we only post within the U.K. We aim to get your purchases on their way to you within three working days. Most of the time we manage the same or next day posting. Since we generally use Royal Mail 2nd Class mail, it will usually take 2 or 3 working days (including Saturdays) for your postie to get your parcel to you.

Our basic postage rate is £3.75 but if the object is over 2kg, it will likely be more. If you buy several small items, we are hoping this clever website will combine the postage. If you find the postage doesn’t combine at checkout, please email us (thecambridgeflea@gmail.com or use the contact form) and we will try to sort pronto! If you find you have had to overpay on postage, we will always refund you as soon as we are able. Please bear with us on this as we get used to having a website and we work out how best to tackle the postage conundrum! Thanks.

Obviously, we hope you’ll be really chuffed with your purchase from The Cambridge Flea. If for any reason you are not delighted, we offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy (mainly so we can use the word quibble!). Just email us at thecambridgeflea@gmail.com or use the ’Contact Us’ form and let us know you are returning it. You are responsible for paying the return postage. Once we have received it back in the condition it was sold in, we will send you a full refund. If you receive your purchase not in the condition expected (very unusual because we pack thoroughly), we ask you to email us some photographs and then we will fully refund you. No need to send it back.
