Fray Bentos Tea Towel
Love ‘em or hate ‘em or never tried ‘em-no matter. We all know that Fray Bentos are iconic and a classic vintage item from many of our childhoods-that strange discus of pie, be it Steak and Kidney, Minced Beef or the rather unappealing All Day Breakfast, in a tin. When I located this tea towel treasure I actually let out a squeal!
It’s a rather thin affair and has some tiny white spots where the blue dye didn’t take. It measures 30 x 47 cm and would be an epic gift for anyone appreciative of pies in general, good and otherwise.
